Project Boogaard on tour

As a foundation, our options were limited at the beginning. Several streams were recorded from behind the Boogaard organ of the CGK Ichthus in Urk. However, there are many beautiful organs in the Netherlands, and they also beckoned. When we eventually started recording streams on other organs, this could not actually take place under the same name of ‘Muziek op Urk’. With a smile, ‘Boogaard on a journey’ was mentioned as an alternative, with a nod to the Boogaard organ. This idea was soon taken seriously, with the result that several streams have been broadcasted under this heading. A project that certainly fits within the objectives of our foundation. The pleasant collaborations with musicians and the warm reception on location have made us enthusiastic to continue with this for a long time to come.
