Music on Urk

Many streams have been broadcasted under this flag, mostly organ concerts. As a foundation, we wanted to give something back to the musicians during the corona pandemic, so a crowdfunding was set up. The promotion has now ended, but the organization of such concerts has continued. During these organ concerts, the organ is also regularly combined with other musical instruments in order to fulfill our objective.
But that’s not the only thing, because as a foundation we also organized the liberation concert 75 years of liberation for the municipality of Urk. The collaboration with the Marine Band of the Royal Netherlands Navy left us with a desire to do more together, so there will certainly be a sequel!
This will certainly be organized more in the future.
